Bagaimana Permohonan untuk Memperbaharui Lesen
The application for renewal of license shall be made at least thirty (30) days before the expiry of the license by submitting the following documents to SSM:
For the approval, SSM will take into consideration of the requirements as stated below:
- The secretary shall not be an undischarged bankrupt;
- The secretary shall not be convicted whether in or outside Malaysia of any offence referred to in section 198 of the Companies Act 2016;
- The secretary shall not be convicted whether in or outside Malaysia of any offence involving fraud or dishonesty punishable on conviction with imprisonment for three months or more;
- The secretary shall not have any pending legal action against him under any provision of the Companies Act 2016 or the law specified in the First Schedule of the Companies Act 2016; and
- The secretary has complied with the terms and conditions of the license.
