Cara Mendaftar Firma Juruaudit
An approved company auditor who wishes to set up new firm of auditors shall lodge application form for Registration of Firm of Auditors under section 265(1) of the Companies Act 2016 to the Registrar within 30 days from the date of the commencement with the following documents:
- A completed application form for Registration of Firm of Auditors (Please empty the firm number);
- A copy of approval letter by MIA pertaining to the name of the firm; and
- A copy of auditor’s approval for firm’s partner.
