Prosedur Permohonan Lesen
The following documents are required to be lodged to Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM):

Application form for Company Secretary's Licence
- Photocopy of NRIC / identity card;
- Recent passport size photograph;
- Photocopy of certificate relating to academic qualification;
- Documents relating to working experience in secretarial practice;
- Referral letter from employer or a person with whom the applicant has had regular contact for the past five years; and
- Processing fee of RM350.00.
