(a) Business Profile
A report which contains the latest information of a business (such as business name, registration number, registration date, registration expiry date, business form, business status, business address, business type , business branch information (if any)) ,information of the current and previous owner.
The information could be accessed via the service providers' portals:

- MYDATA-SSM portal at https://www.mydata -ssm.com.my;

- SSM SAFEDATA at

(b) Copy of a Business Registration Certificate
A copy of business registration certificate can be provided if there is an application by the customer. The certificate is available in two versions, Malay and English which can be accessed via the service providers' portals:

(c) Business Expiry Confirmation Letter (BECL)
Business termination letter is a supporting document confirming the expiry status of a business registration.
The status of the business registration must already be expired at the time of the application is being made regardless of the duration of the expiry date and the letter can be purchased by anyone.

Information relating to an individual's involvement as a business ownership in any business through a search of MyKad, Passport No, Old IC, Police ID or Army ID.

(e) Business Re-Register Confirmation Letter (BRECLE)
BRECLE is an official document that certifies a business, which has expired for more than one (1) year, re-registered by the original owner using the same business name but with a new registration number.
The document provides the following information:
- Basic business information.
- Verification that the business name remains under the same owner despite the change in the registration number
