Enterprise Project Management Division (EPMD)
The Enterprise Project Management Division (EPMD) was established on 1 January 2023 to support the implementation of large-scale projects, organisational transformation and digitalisation initiatives of SSM.
The EPMD comprises three supporting units, namely the Administration Unit, Change Management Unit and Project Management Unit, which monitor and support the implementation of Projek-projek Hala Tuju SSM.
The Administration Unit supports the division’s daily operations including administration, finance, documentation and project human resource requirements. It also serves as the secretariat for Project Steering Committee (PSC) meetings.
The Change Management Unit manages the impact of organisational change through change management strategies, communication and training to ensure effective adoption by SSM staff.
Meanwhile, the Project Management Unit is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring project implementation to ensure delivery in accordance with the approved scope, timeline, cost and quality, including reporting projects’ progresses to the relevant committees.
