(b) Certificate of Registration of a LLP
Under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012 (Act 743), a notice of registration to certify the LLP will be issued to the customer after the registration has been made. However, a certificate of registration of a LLP can be supplied if it is requested by the customer.

(f) Attestation of LLP Good Standing (ALLPGS)
ALLPGS is a document issued by the SSM to confirm the existance of the Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) and that it has met the statutory requirements by the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012. Below are the criteria for the requirements of ALLPGS :
- The LLP has been registered for at least 18 months from the date of the ALLPGS;
- The LLP has lodged its latest annual declaration;
- The LLP is in existance and not in the process of being wound up or struck off or dissolved;
- The LLP has a registered address;
- The LLP or its partners do not have any outstanding compound; and
- The LLP or its partners do not have any pending prosecution case.
