Procedures to Apply for Renewal of Company Secretary Practicing Certificate
All applications relating to corporate intermediaries including application for renewal of company secretary practicing certificate shall be submitted through the
Corporate Registry System (CRS). Applicants who do not have an SSM4U account are required to register as a user through SSM4U to obtain access to the CRS portal before submitting their applications online.
Please ensure that your CPE points have been updated in the Corporate Registry System (CRS) through the "Updates Particulars of Company Secretary Practicing Certificate Information" function before proceeding with your company secretary PC renewal application.
The application for renewal of the licence must be submitted at least thirty (30) days before the licence expiry date with the prescribed fee. The application fee paid is non-refundable.
