The Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) has introduced the SSM BizTrust module which is a business starter kit in the form of QR Code that serves as verification and digital identification for Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) entities registered with the SSM starting December 30th, 2022.
Compliance Officers who have MyLLP accounts on the
SSM4U portal can download and subsequently, upload this SSM BizTrust QR Code to their respective LLP business platforms.
