Companies with an Annual Return dated 31 December 2019 and/or Financial Statements for the financial year ending 30 June 2019, are required to lodge such Annual Return and/or Financial Statements by or before 6 February 2020. Such lodgement can be done via the MBRS Portal or over the counter at any of SSM’s offices nationwide.
Failure to lodge the Annual Return and/or Financial Statements is an offence under Section 68 and 259 of the Companies Act 2016.
