(e) Transactions related to lodgement of financial statement and annual return : MBRS Portal (https://www.ssm4u.com.my/Pages/default.aspx); and
(f) Transactions related to company secretary registration : e-secretary Portal (https://esecretary.ssm.com.my/)

Following the government’s announcement to reopen all economic sectors as well as public sector in a controlled and careful approach beginning 4 May 2020, SSM is making preparations to welcome customers in its offices throughout the country from 13 May 2020 or any other date announced by the government.
Among the preparations include development of an SOP on customer management inside the buildings, new way of meeting customers through prior appointment as well as providing a new way of submission of documents through drive through and postal services.
SSM will make further announcement on these initiatives once the related procedures and facilities are in place.
