Please be informed that the MyCoID System and the Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS) are experiencing slow system access due to high traffic in the lodgment of certain documents during peak hours following the SSM's customers.
A such, if you are affected by the said slow system access, you may lodge the following documents via SSM's counter service nationwide commencing from 27 January 2023:
1) Annual Report;
2) Financial Statement; and
3) 'Notification of Change in the Register of Directors, Managers & Secretaries' under Section 58 of the Companies Act 2016.
