How much is the SSMNC 2019 registration fees?
|
Conference Registration Fee RM1,400 per delegate.
Registration fee include:
- Event attendance to all sessions.
- 2 lunches and 4 tea breaks.
- 20 SSM CPE points for full attendance.
- Conference bag.

| How do I get the Conference materials?
| Sessions materials will be available after the Conference and can be accessed through the Conference’s website at www.ssm.com. The materials are solely for delegates’ personal use. Reproduction and dissemination in any form - mass mailing, emails and bulk printing are prohibited.

| When and how can I register? | The SSMNC 2019 is open for registration now. The closing date for registration is
16 July 2019 or when seats are sold out, whichever is earlier. Registration form can be downloaded from
HERE.

| How do I pay the registration fee?
| - Fee is payable to
SURUHANJAYA SYARIKAT MALAYSIA
- Payment can be made in cash, cheque, bank draft, credit card, postal order or money order.
- Each programme fee must be paid separately.
- Only cheque issued by company/firm can be accepted.
- Personal cheque will not be accepted.
- On the reverse of each instrument of payment, please indicate the participant(s) name (maximum 5), License Secretary no. / Prescribed Body name (if any), programme date and event code CONF/KL/19/100.
- Attach with a copy of the
Registration Form (if payment is made before the programme date) or
Invoice (if payment is made after the programme date) when submitting payment.
- Payment can be made at Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (“SSM”), Level 17, Menara SSM @ Sentral, Kuala Lumpur and at all SSM’s branches in Malaysia.
- Registration is on a first come first served basis.
- No walk-in is accepted. All registrations
MUST be
submitted to SSM accompanied
with the full payment, five (5) working days before the programme. Admittance will not be permitted unless payment or letter of guarantee is received. Participant will be issued a Certificate of Attendance upon full attendance of the programme and payment is received.
- No refund is entertained if participant fails to attend a the programme. Transfer of registration fee to another programme is not allowed.

| Can I request for a Tax Invoice? Where do I pay?
| Tax invoice will be issued upon request by the delegate. Please state clearly to whom we should issue the tax invoice to in the Registration Form. Please provide correct information in order for us expedite the issuance of tax invoice to you.
Please present this tax invoice when payment is made at SSM, Level 17, Menara SSM @ Sentral, Kuala Lumpur and at all SSM branches in Malaysia. Thereafter a copy of the receipt and registration form must be submitted to the Conference Secretariat.

| When is the closing date for registration?
| The closing date for registration is
16 July 2019 or when seats are sold out, whichever is earlier.

| Can I cancel or transfer my registration?
| No refund is entertained if participant decides to cancel their registration but a substitute is welcome. Written notification of substitute’s name must be received by SSM at least three (3) working days prior to the programme. In cases of cancellation/postponement of programme by SSM, the registration fee will be refunded.

Can I send a substitution?
| Cancellation and transfer of registration fee to attend other programme are not allowed. Written notification of substitute’s name must be received by SSM at least three (3) working days prior to the programme. | Replacement Of Certificate
| SSM will charge an administrative fee of RM30.00 per copy for any replacement of certificate due to errors in name or identification card number wrongly filled by participant / representative during registration or loss of certificate, etc.

From KLIA to Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre
You have a few options to reach Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre. Choose between a hotel limousine pick-up, express train and taxi.
It takes about 40 minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre.
Hotel Limousine You can book a limousine pick-up by providing your flight details and estimated time of arrival (ETA) with Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre. at +60 3 7492 8000 or email them at bookroomsrhs@sunwayhotels.com.
LRT - Putra Heights Line to SunwayPyramid Convention Centre Get on board the LRT Putra Height Line and stop at USJ 7 (KJ31). At USJ 7 LRT station, proceed to transit to BRT Line to Sunway Lagoon station which is a 15-minute ride. From Sunway Lagoon station, its 10-minute walk to Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre.
KTM Komuter - Pelabuhan Klang Line to Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre. Get on board the KTM Komuter - Pelabuhan Klang Line and stop at Setia Jaya Station. From Setia Jaya station transit to BRT Line to Sunway Lagoon station which is a 15-minute ride. From Sunway Lagoon station, its 10-minute walk to Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre.
