Result of the customers satisfaction survey


Dear customers,

The survey on customers satisfaction with the services offered by SSM has been held from January 1, 2016 until September 30, 2016. This survey was carried out in order to get feedbacks from the public. The result from the SSM Home Portal shows that a total of 8,703 visitors participated in the survey and the percentage indicates that 50.85% of visitors are men, while the rest are women. Results of the survey shows that 93.44% of customers were satisfied with the SSM service offered by SSM.

To further enhance customer satisfaction, several initiatives have been undertaken by the SSM as follows:

  • Appointed more customer service staff to assist customers
  • Expanded the SSM services at “Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Berhad”
  • SSM services such as business registration and renewal can be done online at ezbiz.ssm.com.my
