Updating of Co​mpany’s Information

​Every company after its incorporation has to lodge the following documents in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2016:
  1. Upon any change in the particulars of the company's officers, shares, addresses and so forth;
  2. To file the Annual Returns and Financial Statements in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2016
Here are the company's information update services offered through MyCoID 2016:
  1. Return of Allotment of Shares (Section 78)
  2. Registers of Members (Section 51)
  3. Notification of Change in Registered Address (Section 46)
  4. Notification of Change in Register of Director, Manager and Secretary (Seksyen 58)
In addition to the services listed above, the update company information must be done at SSM / SSM State Offices / SSM Branch Offices. The affected template lists are available on Schedule B.​
