Working Group D on Corporate Securities and Insolvency:-

• to review the current law and practice relevant to corporate securities and insolvency, including but not limited to the following issues: creation of charges, registration and priority of debts, winding up process, administrative and judicial receivership and corporate rescue mechanisms; and
• to review the impact of ICT on the creation and registration of securities.
