Administration Management Section
This section serves as the backbone and catalyst for all activities at each department in SSM to ensure that they operate efficiently and effectively.
In general, this section is responsible for managing all matters relating to the office administration, documents and department correspondence, store management, airline tickets, accommodation reservations, transportation, office vehicles, parking management, office's security, insurance claims as well as highlighting employee's talent (s) through the Innovation program to the higher level and responsible as the Procurement Meeting Secretariat to SSM's Approval Body.
The functions of this section are supported through three main units as follows:
- Administration Unit
- Procurement Unit
- Quality, Innovation & Safety Unit
Property & Facility Management Section
Property and Facility Management Section serves as the management of building maintenance works including the management and verification of SSM assets / property either at the Head Office and State / Branch Office throughout Malaysia. In addition, this section is responsible for management to designated vendors & compliance, project management including modification works, safety of employees and customers as well as generate additional income through facilities rental of office space, Auditorium, meeting and training rooms.
The functions of this section are supported through two main units as follows:
