13.How much is the SSMNC 2017 registration fees? Conference Registration Fee (inclusive of 6% GST) RM1,300 Registration fee include:
  • Event attendance to all sessions.
  • 2 lunches and 4 tea breaks.
  • 20 SSM CPE points for full attendance.
  • A copy of Companies Act 2016
  • Conference bag.
14.How do I get the Conference materials?Sessions materials will be available after the Conference and can be accessed through the Conference website. The materials are solely for delegates’ personal use. Reproduction and dissemination in any form - mass mailing, emails and bulk printing are prohibited.
15.When and how can I register?
The SSMNC 2017 is open for registration. The closing date for registration is 15 August 2017 or when seats are sold out, whichever is earlier. Registration form can be downloaded from http://www.ssm.com.my/en/ssmnc2017/organizer.Please complete the registration form and return to the Conference Secretariat via:
Important notes Please ensure Registration Form is fully completed before you sent it to the Secretariat. Please print or type clearly. Only duly completed forms will be accepted. Personal e-mail and mobile numbers are compulsory.
16.How do I pay the registration fee?
  • Payment can be made in cash, cheque, bank draft, money order or postal order. Each programme fee must be paid separately.
  • Only cheque issued by company/firm can be accepted. Companies/Firms that issue a non-valid cheque will be blacklisted.
  • Personal cheque will not be accepted.
  • On the reverse of each instrument of payment, please indicate the participant(s) name (maximum 5), License Secretary / Prescribed Bodies membership no. (if any), Conference name (SSMNC2017) and event code: CONF/KL/17/059.
  • Attach with Registration Form (if payment made before the programme date) or Invoice (if payment made after the programme date) when submitting payment.
  • Payment can be made at Menara SSM, Level 17, Menara SSM @ Sentral, Kuala Lumpur and at all SSM branches.
  • An undertaking letter will also be considered prior to the payment. Admittance is not permitted unless payment or company’s Letter of Undertaking (LOU) is received. Personal LOU will not be accepted.
  • A Tax Invoice will be issued after the Conference to the company/individual. Please inform us of the correct spelling of company/individual name for the tax invoice purpose.
  • No refund is entertained. Transfer of registration fee to another programme is not allowed.
Payment / LOU must be received with registration by 15 August 2017 to guarantee your place. No walk-in is accepted. For payment by Government Departments/Agencies, Local Purchase Order (LPO) must reach the Conference Secretariat by 15 August 2017.
17.Can I request for a Tax Invoice? Where do I pay? Tax invoice will be issued upon request by the delegate. Please state clearly to whom we should issue the tax invoice to in the Registration Form. Please provide correct information in order for us expedite the issuance of tax invoice to you. Please present this tax invoice when payment is made at SSM, Level 17, Menara SSM@Sentral, Kuala Lumpur and at all SSM branches in Malaysia. Thereafter a copy of the receipt and registration form must be submitted to the Conference Secretariat.
18.When is the closing date for registration?The closing date for registration is 15 August 2017 or when seats are sold out, whichever is earlier.
19.Can I cancel or transfer my registration?Cancellation and transfer of registration fee to attend other programme are not allowed. However, delegate may send a substitute. Written notification of substitute’s name must be received and acknowledged by COMTRAC at least three (3) working days prior to programme. In cases of cancellation/postponement of programme by COMTRAC, the registration fee will be refunded.
20.Can I send a substitution?Cancellation and transfer of registration fee to attend other programme are not allowed. However, delegate may send a substitute. Written notification of substitute’s name must be received and acknowledged by COMTRAC at least three (3) working days prior to programme. In cases of cancellation/postponement of programme by COMTRAC, the registration fee will be refunded.
21.Replacement Of CertificateSSM will charge an administrative fee of RM30.00 (inclusive of 6% GST) per copy for any replacement of certificate due to errors in name or identification card number wrongly filled by delegate / representative during registration or loss of certificate, etc.

28.What is the dress code for the Conference?The dress code is corporate attire. We suggest that you bring a jacket since the conference hall may be cold.
29.What time does the registration opens on Day 1 and Day 2?Registration counters open at 7.00am on Day 1 (22 August 2017) and Day 2 (23 August 2017).
30.What is the duration of the programme each day?The Conference programme is scheduled to start at 9.00 a.m. and ends at 5.00 p.m. each day.
