Electronic Beneficial Ownership System (e-BOS)
A. About e-BOS
e-BOS is an online application provided by SSM for updating information and rectification of beneficial ownership information under the Companies Act 2016. Submission of this information is automatically approved except for submissions involving rectification of beneficial ownership information.
The services offered under the e-BOS system include:
(a)
Notification of beneficial ownership information
- Add new beneficial owner/ senior management;
- Update beneficial owner/ senior management; and
- Cease beneficial owner/ senior management.
