This Policy is designed as a guide to Commission Members, Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) officers and third parties to make disclosures of Iimproper conduct committed by individuals and/or a group of individuals within SSM and also as a guarantee that the whistleblower and information on the disclosure of such improper conduct will be protected.
