Disruption Prepaid Service at MyDATA-SSM Portal

Dear valued customer,

Please be informed that the prepaid service of MyData-SSM portal which is managed by Big Dataworks Sdn Bhd (BDW) is unavailable beginning 27th March 2019 due to system enhancement. However, purchases of SSM’s products and information can still be done via credit card, debit card and online banking with the exception of the purchase of SSM’s statutory document (CTC / Non CTC).
Alternately, customers can purchase SSM’s statutory document (CTC/Non CTC) at:

(a) MyData-SSM service counters at selected SSM offices;
(b) SSM e-Info service counters at selected SSM offices; and
(c) SSM e-Info service portal at
