P.U.(A) 121/1996 FEDERAL TERRITORY OF LABUAN (EXTENSON AND MODIFICATION OF REGISTRATION OF BUSINESS ACT) ORDER 1996
Order 2. Extension and modification.
The Registration of Businesses Act 1956, [Act 197], which in this Order is referred to as the "extended Act" and any subsidiary legislation made thereunder, as modified in the manner set out in the Schedule, are extended to the Federal Territory of Labuan:
Provided that any person holding a valid licence under the Trades Licensing Ordinance at the commencement of this Order shall be given until 30 June 1996, or such further period as the Minister may by order published in the Gazette prescribe, to register his business in accordance with section 5 of the extended Act.
