REVISION OF LAWS (RECTIFICATION OF REGISTRATION OF BUSINESSES ACT 1956)
ORDER 2003

Order 2. Rectification

The reprint of the English language text of the Registration of Businesses Act 1956 [Act 197] published in the year 2001 incorporating all amendments up to 30 April 2001 is rectified—

(a) in the Arrangement of Sections, by inserting the word "Schedule" after section 23;

(b) in section 6—

(i) in subsection (1), by substituting for the word "throught" the word "through"; and

(ii) in subsection (2), by substituting for the words "High court" the words "High Court";

(i) by substituting for the words "Clause 3" the words "Clause (3)";

(ii) in paragraph (

), by aligning the left margin of the paragraph so that it is in line with the other paragraph in that section;

(d) in paragraph 16(2)(

), by substituting for the word "form" the word "from";

(e) in the Schedule, by substituting for the heading "SCHEDULE" the heading "Schedule";

(f) in paragraph 2(

) of the Schedule, by substituting for the full stop at the end of the paragraph a comma; and

(g) in the List of Amendments—

(i) in respect of the Amending law L.N. 332 of 58, by inserting an open bracket before the word "Ordinances" in the Short title; and

(ii) in respect of the Amending law Act 160, by substituting for the figures "1976" the figures "1975" in the Short title.
