REGISTRATION OF BUSINESSES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1967
Section 4. Amendment of section 5
Sub-section (4) of section 5 of the Ordinance is hereby amended by substituting for paragraph
(b)
thereof the following-
"(b)
The Registrar shall after the registration of the business in accordance with paragraph
(a)-
(i) on payment of a fee of twenty-five dollars, issue and send by post or deliver a certificate of registration thereof,
(ii) on application and payment of a fee of one dollar, issue and send by post or deliver a true copy to be certified by him as such, of a current certificate of registration,
to the person responsible.".
