REGISTRATION OF BUSINESSES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1967
Section 3. Amendment of section 3
Section 3 of the Ordinance is hereby amended by renumbering it as sub-section (1) and adding thereto the following-
"(2) An Assistant Registrar of Businesses may exercise any functions of the Registrar under this Ordinance except those functions under sections 12A and 12B.".
