REGISTRATION OF BUSINESSES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1967
Section 2. Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the Registration of Businesses Ordinance, 1956 [
47 of 1956
] (in this Act referred to as the "Ordinance"), is hereby amended as follows-
(a)
insert immediately after the definition of "certificate of registration" the following definition-
' ''Collector'' means the Collector of Estate Duty appointed under the Estate Duty Enactment, 1941;' ; and
(b)
delete the definition of "Comptroller of Inland Revenue".
