Section 16.Amendment of section 18.
16. Section 18 of the principal Act is amended—
(a) in subsection (1), by substituting for the words "Unless it be proved that he acted wilfully and maliciously no Registrar nor any public officer or clerk, servant or employee of the Government" the words "Unless it is proved that the Registrar or any officer of the Commission or any public officer has acted wilfully and maliciously, neither the Registrar nor any such officer or public officer"; and
(b) by substituting for the shoulder note the following shoulder note:
"Government, Commission, etc., not liable to suit".
