COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS 1986

Regulation 3. Amendment of regulation 1 in P.U.(A) 16 of 1986.

Regulation 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Regulations 1986 is amended by subsituting for the words "the 1st January 1987" in paragraph (2) the words " a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette".
