Form 24 in the Second Schedule to the Companies Regulations 1966 [P.U.(A) 173 of 1966] is amended --
(a) by inserting at the end of footnote (8) the words "If a body corporate, state the country of incorporation." and
(b) by substituting for the full stop at the end of footnote (9) a comma and inserting thereafter the words " in respect of a company its company number, and in respect of any other type of body corporate its registration number."
