Regulation 10. Amendment of Second Schedule.

The Second Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended-

(a) in Form 28A-

(i) by inserting after item 5 the following items:

"6. Number of shares purchased retained in treasury..........

7. Total number of shares retained in treasury.............

8. Number of shares purchased which were cancelled................", and

(ii) by renumbering item 6 as item 9; and

(b) by inserting after Form 28A the following Form:

"FORM 28B
