Regulation 3. Amendment of regulation 18B.

Regulation l8B of the principal Regulations is amended-

(a) in paragraph (

), by substituting for the words "shares buy back or the giving of financial assistance" the words "first shares buy back after the making of the declaration"; and

(b) in paragraph (

), by substituting for the words "together with the notice that is required under subsection 67 A(6) of the Act" the words "within seven days after it is made".
