REGISTRATION OF BUSINESSES RULES 1957



Rule 17A. Offences.

(1) Any person who—


commits an offence.

(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (2) of rule 13A, a person who, being responsible for the business, permits any business to be carried out at the place of business where a signboard ought to be displayed under paragraph (1) of that rule without such signboard being so displayed commits an offence.

(3) Any person who, being responsible for a business, uses any undesirable name without the consent of the Minister to register the business commits an offence.
