Any person upon written application in such form as the Registrar may determine and upon payment of the fee prescribed by rule 19 may—

(a) inspect the Register of Businesses;

(b) inspect the file of registration of businesses;

(c) obtain a certified copy of the entries in respect of any registered business;

(d) obtain an uncertified copies of the entries in respect of any registered business;

(e) obtain a certified copy of any certificate of registration;

(f) obtain statistical data in respect of businesses registered under the Act; and

(g) obtain any other information on registered businesses as the Registrar deems fit to supply.
