Regulation 24. Record of meeting.

The chairman of a meeting of debenture-holders-

(a)

shall cause minutes of the proceedings at the meeting to be entered in a book kept for the purpose and shall sign the minutes; and

(b)

shall cause a list of the names of the debenture-holders present at the meeting to be made and kept.
