(I) For the purpose of section 113 (2) of the Act, a person who was the holder of a charge shall, on request in writing by a company on whose property the charge exists, furnish to the company the evidence referred to in that section in accordance with Form 42B set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations.

(2) The evidence so obtained under paragraph (1) shall also be lodged w the Registrar together with a memorandum referred to in section 113 (1) of the Act.
