REGISTRATION OF BUSINESS (AMENDMENT) RULES 2002

Rule 9. Amendment of rule 13.

9. Rule 13 of the principal Rules is amended—

(a) in subrule (1), by deleting the words "in the Schedule hereto"; and

(b) in subrule (2), by substituting for the words "registered business certificate" the words "certificate of registration".
