Regulation 6. Amendement of P.U.(A)16/86.

The Companies (Amendment) Regulations 1986 are amended-

(a) by deleting paragraph (2) of regulation 1; and

(b)

by deleting, in regulation 7, the provision to insert a new regulation 9A into the principal Regulations.
