The principal Regulations are amended by substituting for regulation 11 the following new regulation 11:
"Lodgement with Registrar and Stock Exchange of take-over documents.
11. (1) Every acquirer shall lodge a copy of all documents relevant to a take-over of a company referred to in section 179 (5) of the Act, with the Registrar and with each Sock Exchange on which the shares of the company being taken over are listed, on the same day as the documents are dispatched to the shareholders.
(2) Expressions used in this regulation shall have the meaning assigned to them in section 179 of the Act.".
