(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Regulations 1986 and shall, subject to paragraph (2), come into force on the 1st February 1986.
(2) The new regulation 9A of the principal Regulations, inserted by regulation 7 of these Regulations, shall come into force on the 1st January 1987.
