Section 2. Amendment of laws relatIng to income tax and certain analogous taxes.
(1) The Income Tax Ordinance, 1947,

M.U. 48 of 1947]
of the States Malaya is hereby amended in the manner provided in Schedule 1.
(2) The Income Tax Ordinance, 1956, of Sabah
[Sabah 29 of 1956]
is hereby amended in the manner provided in Schdule 2.
(3) The Inland Revenue Ordinance, 1960, of Sarawak [Sarawak 13 of 1960] is hereby amended in the manner provided in Schedule 3.
