Miscellaneous amendments of law
Section 41. Capacity of infant to insure.
(1)
Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, a person
over the age of ten years shall not by reason only of being
under the age of majority lack the capacity to enter into a contract of insurance; but a person under the age of sixteen years shall not have the capacity to enter into such a contract except with the consent in writing of his parent or guardian.
(2) This section shall be deetrled always to have had effect.
