Section 18. General obligation to furnish information.

The Commissioner may, by notice in writing, require any Federation insurer to furnish him with information about any matter related to any business carried on by the insurer in the Federation or elsewhere, if in the opinion of the Commissioner he requires that information for the discharge of his functions under this Act.
