Section 85. Approved deeds.

For the purposes of this Division, a deed shall be an approved deed if— (a) the Registrar has granted his approval to the deed under this Division; and (b) the Minister has granted his approval under this Division to the trustee or representative appointed for the purposes of the deed acting as trustee or representative and that approval has not been revoked and the trustee or representative has not ceased to hold office.
