Section 69I. Copy of notice to be served on Stock Exchange.

A person who gives a notice under section 69E, 69F or 69G to a company referred to in paragraph 69B(2)(a), shall, on the day on which he gives that notice, serve a copy of the notice on the Securities Commission as defined in the Securities Commission Act 1993. [Am. Act A1299:s.4]
