DIVISION 3A - SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDINGS

Section 69C. Persons obliged to comply with Division.

(1) The obligation to comply with this Division extends to all natural persons, whether resident in Malaysia or not and whether Malaysian citizens or not, and to all bodies corporate, whether incorporated or carrying on business in Malaysia or not. (2) The provisions of this Division extends to acts done or omitted to be done outside Malaysia.
