COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1966

Section 1. Short title, commencement and application.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1966, and shall come into force when the Companies Act, 1965 [79 of 1965] comes into force.

(2) This Act shall apply to the whole of Malaysia.
