Section 37. Amendment of section 158.

37. Section 158 of the principal Act is amended-

(a)

by substituting the words ", addresses

the number of the identity card issued under the National Registration Act 1959 if any, nationality and any other relevant information and particulars" for the words "and addresses" appearing in line 1 of subsection (1)

by inserting the marginal reference "Act 78." against the reference to the National Registration Act 1959 in subsection (1)

(a)

; and

(c)

by substituting a new penalty provision at the end of subsection (7) as follows:

"Penalty: Two thousand ringgit. Default penalty.".
