PART XV - GENERAL PROVISIONS



Section 116. Regulations.


(1) The Bank may, with the approval of the Minister, from time to time, make such regulations as may be necessary or expedient for giving full effect to the provisions of this Act, for carrying out or achieving the objects and purposes of this Act or any provisions thereof, or for the further, better or more convenient implementation of the provisions of this Act.

(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made-

(3) Regulations made under this section may relate to all, or any class, category, or description of persons, and may make different provisions for different classes, categories or descriptions of persons.
(4) References to "this Act" in this section shall not include any regulations, order or other subsidiary legislation made under this Act.
