EXEMPTION FROM GIVING SECURITY



Section 15. Trust company not to furnish security.


(1) Notwithstanding any written law for the time being in force relating to the administration of estates of deceased persons, a trust company to which a grant of letters of administration has been made shall not be required to furnish security for the due administration of the estate.

(2) Notwithstanding any written law for the time being in force, a trust company appointed by the Court to perform the duties of receiver, guardian, committee, or any other office or trust shall not be required to furnish security for the due performance of those duties.
