Section 32. Production of books, accounts and documents.
(1) For the purposes of an investigation under this Part a person shall afford the Central Bank access to its books, accounts and documents and provide such information and facilities as may be required to conduct the investigation but the books, accounts and documents shall not be required to be produced at such times and at such places as may interfere with the proper conduct of the normal daily business of that person.
(2) If any book, account or document or information is not supplied in accordance with sub-section (1), the person is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars in respect of every day the offence continues.
(3) For the purposes of an investigation under this Part, all officers and employees of the Central Bank shall be
deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code.
