Section 14. Alteration of memorandum or articles.
When a licensed borrowing company alters its memorandum or articles pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 1965 [79/65] (as the case requires) it shall within one month of the alteration inform the Central Bank of the alteration and supply the Central Bank with a certified true copy of its memorandum or articles as altered and certified by a director or the secretary of the company.
